Grinding. Utilizing diamond-embedded grinding pads, we remove surface imperfections such as scratches, stains, and minor cracks, revealing the fresh terrazzo beneath.

No. A janitorial service will offer to strip and wax your floors. This is fine for some floors but not for terrazzo. Among other things, it will make your floors extremely slippery.
